About Us

Our association is proud to have a rich history in amateur radio, serving the community of Höchstadt and surrounding areas. Currently, we are home to 45 members, ranging in age from 17 to 92 years old. This diverse group is passionate about radio communication, technology, and staying connected through the global amateur radio network.

Our Activities

Our association is active in a variety of fields, including:

• Contest Participation: We take part in numerous amateur radio contests throughout the year. For a detailed schedule, you can check out our Contest Calendar.
• Self-Build Projects: Every year, we engage in exciting self-building projects, allowing our members to explore and innovate in the world of radio technology. You can learn more about our Self-Build Projects for 2023.
• Special Event Callsigns (Sonder-DOKs): We also offer temporary Sonder-DOKs, which are unique callsigns for special events. These callsigns are available for a limited time and are part of our broader effort to engage with the amateur radio community. Check out more details here.
