1. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on products within 30 days of receipt if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received.

  • We only accept items purchased from talkpodonline.com. If you purchase from our local distributors or other retailers, you cannot return them on our side.
  • Final sales items or free gifts are not unacceptably for a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Return An Item

  • Step 1: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
  • Step 2: Please contact us at online@talkpod.com, WhatsApp, and 400-609-8918, or call at +86 153 7576 3355 to get the return address.
  • Step 3: Once you receive our return instructions, package the item you're returning and send the package to your local post office or another courier service. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Step 4: We will process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Step 5: If the product is custom-made, including custom sizes, colors, or printing, returns or exchanges are not accepted.


2. Refund Policy 

  • You'll get a full refund after we receive the returned package and check it. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Please note that shipping costs and any duties or fees are not refundable. The extra shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been shipped. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us. Once we received and confirmed your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence, will be refunded in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.
  • All returns are subject to review, and we reserve the right to withhold a restocking fee of up to 20%.
