Order Management

How do I place an order online? What happens next?
You can search our product catalog for the two-way radio and accessory(s) you are looking for. You can then follow the easily laid out steps to add the products you need to the shopping cart, and complete your order. Once you have completed the order (checked out), you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as we ship your order with tracking information.

Is my order secure on this site?
Absolutely! We use secure servers supporting industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. These internal servers are behind firewall protection. Do you accept orders by mail or phone?

How can I cancel my order?
Please call us immediately at +86-595-86753355 or send us an e-mail with subject line 'Cancel Order,' including your full name and order number. We do our best to ship your orders within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and HK holidays) so if your order is already shipped we cannot cancel it. However, you may return it to us upon receipt by following guidelines in our Return Policy.

How can I return or exchange an item?
Please review our Return Policy to find out about returns and exchanges.

How can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) in any way, we will gladly replace the product(s), or refund your money when the product(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements but no refunds for defective products up to 12 months from original purchase. Due to our aggressive pricing, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment as in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please review our Return Policy for more details on how to get a refund.

What happens when an item is back-ordered?
When an item is not available for immediate shipment, we inform the customer immediately of the estimated date of availability via e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available

How do I know if a product is available or not?
For information on product availability, please call our customer care personnel send us an e-mail to order@talkpod.com. We will be glad to assist you.


How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking information for your package. If you have not received an e-mail, your order will be shipped shortly and you will receive an e-mail as soon as it is shipped. Please feel free to contact us at support@talkpod.com if you have any questions.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx Website (www.fedex.com) to track your order. Alternatively, you can contact FedEx and provide the tracking number to a FedEx agent who will be happy to assist you.

talkpodonline.com only sells BRAND NEW compatible two-way radios and accessories, manufactured by ISO 9001 certified manufacturing plants in conformance with quality standards and guidelines applicable to all two-way radios and accessories.

Are your products as good as brand name two-way radios and accessories?

What is the shelf life of your two-way radios and accessories?
In order to ensure the customer’s benefit and our company own credit and reputation, the production of the radio products and accessories in our company will guarantee to keep the two- way radio host in good repair for 24 months, the accessories for 12 months except headsets or earsets of radios.

Do all of your products have money-back guarantee?
All of the products sold by Talkpodonline.com carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products in any way, we will gladly replace the product or refund your money when products are returned within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days, most defective products are still covered for replacement up to 12 months from original purchase but no refunds can be issued. Due to our aggressive pricing, we cannot refund shipping charges. Please refer to our Return Policy on how to initiate the return for replacement or refund process.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
We do offer overnight shipping at the request of the customer. For expedited shipping services such as overnight or second day shipping, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover via online services by Paypal. For establishments like school systems, colleges and universities, government and public safety organizations, Fortune 500 companies and Corporate Accounts members we also accept checks, electronic wire transfer (EFT) in US$, as well as the credit cards mentioned.
