About Us

Established on January 13th, 1976, the Pentagon Amateur Radio Club has been a vital part of the Pentagon community for nearly five decades. As an affiliated club with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), PARC is dedicated to fostering a strong network of amateur radio operators within the military and government sectors. With a dedicated membership of 60 active members, including 60 licensed amateurs and 52 ARRL members, our club thrives on collaboration, education, and the advancement of radio technology.

Our club operates a range of repeaters to facilitate effective communication:

  • 444.550 MHz (PL 88.5)
  • Additional frequencies available through our repeater network

Special Note: DMR is up and running on 442.4125 +5Mhz CC 1, enhancing our digital communication capabilities.

Join Us at Our Monthly Meetings

We gather every first Wednesday of the month at 12:00 PM at the Pentagon Military Auxiliary Radio System (MARS) Station, located in Room 5D1061A. Our meetings are excellent opportunities to connect with fellow enthusiasts, share knowledge, and engage in hands-on activities. Whether you're looking to enhance your technical skills, contribute to public service, or simply enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals, our doors are open to you.
