Description
The Virgin Valley Amateur Radio Club (VVARC) is a vibrant club that is affiliated with the Las Vegas Repeater Association (LVRA). The club holds regular meetings on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 PM, with locations alternating between Fire Station #2 at the Airport and Fire Station #3 in Mesquite, Nevada. Members can stay connected through the club's weekly net, which takes place at 7:00 PM on the 448.020- repeater with a PL tone of 136.5. After the roll call on this repeater, members QSY (move) to 146.520 simplex for a second roll call and additional discussion.
