About the Club
The Southern Oregon Amateur Radio Club (SOARC), with the call sign K7LIX, is one of the oldest and most active amateur radio clubs in Southern Oregon. Established in 1952, SOARC has been a cornerstone of the local ham radio community for decades. The club's primary mission is to provide a network of support, education, and community engagement for amateur radio operators in the Grants Pass area and beyond.
Meetings & Location
SOARC meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Fruitdale Grange located on Rogue River Hwy, Grants Pass, OR. These meetings serve as an opportunity for club members to share information, discuss new technologies and techniques, and stay informed about the latest amateur radio developments.
