Repost: V73WW – DXpedition Update: Homeward Bound After Majuro Activation

After a fantastic activation in Majuro, the V73WW team has officially wrapped up operations and departed on February 26th. In a unique twist, the journey back to Hawaii involved crossing the International Date Line—giving us the rare experience of living through February 26th twice!

What’s Next?

  • On the Road to Recovery:
The team is currently enjoying some well-earned downtime on Oahu, Hawaii, recharging before our next leg back to Europe.

  • Ongoing Operations:
Braco, operating as E77DX, remains on the air under the callsign KH6J during the ARRL SSB Contest. Parts of the team will also be active as /KH6.

Log Requests & QSL Information

  • Direct QSL Requests:
OQRS direct requests are now open via Club Log. You can click here to request your confirmation.
  • Bureau Cards:
Bureau cards will be made available later through OQRS.

Arrival in Europe

We’re scheduled to arrive back in Europe on March 5th. At that time, we’ll resume processing log requests and responding to your emails.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all our supporters—your encouragement and contributions made this activation possible. We appreciate your patience during this busy time and look forward to reconnecting with you on the air soon!

73 and safe DXing, Team V73WW
