Welcome to the Ortsverband Leichlingen-Langenfeld (R25), a club steeped in the traditions of Amateur Radio and community spirit. Founded on June 1, 1979, this club continues to be a key player in the development of the radio hobby in Germany.
A Rich History of Engagement in Amateur Radio
Since its establishment, R25 has been at the forefront of promoting Amateur Radio, offering a place for both newcomers and seasoned operators to learn, share, and grow in the hobby. The club has a long history of educational activities and technical advancements, including license courses and hosting key events.
Regular Meetings and Social Events
R25 meets regularly on the last Thursday of every month at 7:30 PM, often in one of the following local restaurants:
-
Luka's Restaurant – Bremsen 45, Leichlingen

Guests are always welcome to join the meetings, which feature technical talks by members and guest speakers. For more information on the monthly location, it's recommended to confirm via email or check the club website.
