Welcome to Ortsverband Kaarst (R31), a dedicated group of amateur radio enthusiasts located in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss of North Rhine-Westphalia. Founded in 1986, Kaarst's amateur radio community has grown to become well-known, especially for its traditional Amateurfunk-Flohmarkt (hamfest). The club celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2011, during which it was awarded the special Sonder-DOK 25R31 to mark the milestone.
Our Monthly OV-Abend (Club Night)
The OV-Abend is held on the last Wednesday of every month at 7:45 PM local time. The meetings are hosted at the Böhler Werksgelände, Hansaallee 321, Düsseldorf-Lörick, where members come together to exchange ideas and enjoy discussions about amateur radio. Guests are always welcome!

These frequencies are used for regular club communications, including both FM and Echolink.

Located in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kaarst is a town with 42,000 inhabitants, positioned just 10 km from Düsseldorf, making it a prime location for regional amateur radio activity. The town's strategic position is also well connected to major cities across Europe, such as Cologne (40 km), Brussels (160 km), and Amsterdam (170 km).
