New 70cm FM Repeater - DB0VI

The Illingen OV is proud to announce the successful launch of the 70cm FM Repeater, DB0VI. After a period of testing and necessary upgrades to the antenna system and control, the repeater is now fully operational.

Output Frequency: 439.250 MHz
Offset: -7.6 MHz
CTCSS: 71.9 Hz (no tone required for access)

This repeater, built with two Yaesu FT-7800 Mobile Radios and housed in a 19-inch rack, is ready to serve the community. We encourage its use for local communications and beyond, especially during the ongoing period of Corona restrictions. Reception reports are welcome and can be sent to the OV Q13 or the repeater manager, Helmut DC4VK.
