Club Background:
The Ocean Monmouth Amateur Radio Club, serving the Ocean and Monmouth County areas in New Jersey, was founded in 1977 and became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2014. The club operates the N2MO repeater on 145.11 MHz, supporting both traditional analog FM and C4FM Fusion digital formats. The repeater is connected via WIRES-X, allowing wide-area communications without large antennas and traditional HF equipment.
Event Highlights:
- Vendor and Swap Tables: Explore a variety of amateur radio equipment, parts, and accessories.
- VE Testing: Available by appointment during membership meetings. Prospective test candidates must obtain form 160 from the FCC website and have an FCC FRN number prior to sitting for the test. Contact VE coordinator Ken Brockel, WA2FPB, at khbrockel@verizon.net for more information.
- Radio Net: Participate in the scheduled radio net every Thursday night. The analog net starts at 7:30 PM, followed by the C4FM Digital Fusion net at 8:00 PM.

The Spring Lake Heights Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 is conveniently located at 700 Sixth Avenue in Spring Lake, NJ. There is ample parking available for all attendees.
