The Keowee Toxaway Amateur Radio Club (K4WD), located in Walhalla, SC, has been serving the local ham radio community since 1977. Affiliated with ARRL, the club is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both newcomers and experienced hams. 1. Meeting Schedule:
   The club meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 PM at the Oconee County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), located at 300 S. Church Street, Walhalla, SC.

2. Membership:
   K4WD has 25 members, with all of them being licensed amateurs and 22 of them are ARRL members.

3. Club Services:

   • License Classes: The club offers Entry-Level License Classes to help newcomers get started in the hobby.
   • Mentorship: New and existing hams can take advantage of the club's mentorship program, which pairs newcomers with more experienced operators for guidance.
   • On-The-Air Bulletins: The club provides on-the-air bulletins for updates and announcements.
   • Repeater: The club operates a repeater at 145.29 MHz with a 162.2 tone, located on Long Mountain in northern Oconee County, SC.
