The Jackson County Amateur Radio Club (JCARC), operating under the call sign KD8XL, is a proud and active organization based in Jackson, Ohio. Activities and Services
- Contest and DX: Members participate in local and national amateur radio contests.
- Public Service/Emergency: Active in emergency communications through local agencies.
- Repeaters and VHF/UHF: Providing vital repeater services for better communication.
- Youth Engagement: Offering mentoring and activities for youth interested in radio communications.
