The First State Amateur Radio Club (FSARC), based in Newark, Delaware, is a dynamic community of amateur radio operators committed to fostering the spirit of ham radio through a variety of activities and services. Established on May 10, 1962, and affiliated with ARRL, FSARC has a rich history of engaging its members in contests, digital modes, DXing, and public service activities.

Meetings and Activities

FSARC meets regularly on the 4th Thursday of each month from January to October, and on the 3rd Thursday in November and December. Meetings are held at Delmarva Power in Newark, DE. These gatherings offer members an opportunity to connect, share knowledge, and participate in the club’s various interests, including contesting, digital modes, and emergency communication services.
