- Sundays at 8:00 AM for breakfast and coffee at Nick's on Highway 7 by Hiawatha Horse Park (includes a brief business meeting).
- Wednesdays at 11:45 AM for lunch at Stokes Inland Restaurant on Lambton Mall Road (currently ongoing).
- Open to All: Whether you're a licensed operator or just curious about ham radio, you're welcome to join these gatherings!

- Get Licensed: The club has accredited examiners (Keith Baker VA3KSF, Chet Latawiec VE3CFK, and Larry Parker VE3EDY) who can assist you in obtaining your ham radio license.
