About the Club

The Emerald Amateur Radio Society (EARS), with the call sign WA7FQD, is a non-profit organization based in Springfield, Oregon. EARS is dedicated to various aspects of amateur radio, including emergency communications, DX (long-distance) communications, special event support, and experimentation. With an active membership, EARS plays a key role in supporting local and regional public service efforts while promoting amateur radio as a hobby and a valuable communication tool.

Club Services & Activities
