  • Requirements:
    • Bring an original and a copy of any licenses or CSCEs for credit.
    • Bring a photo ID.
    • An FRN is required on all Amateur license applications and must be obtained prior to testing.
    • An email address is required on all license applications.
    • The $35 application fee must be paid directly to the FCC by the applicant.
    • The Laurel VE Team does not charge a fee for testing.

  • Law enforcement will be notified of violations including:
    • Display or sale of X-rated material
    • Weapons
    • Presence of registered sex offenders
  • The Cary Amateur Radio Club is not responsible for theft or accidents.
