The WSARC serves Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce counties, offering a wide range of activities for radio enthusiasts of all skill levels. Monthly meetings, Field Day participation, and project sessions provide numerous opportunities for members to learn and grow in the amateur radio hobby. The club is well-known for its educational programs, including Technician License classes and "HamCram" sessions for new hams, as well as mentoring programs to help members upgrade their licenses.

WSARC operates repeaters on 145.390 MHz (minus, 88.5 Hz) and 443.225 MHz (plus, 123.0 Hz) and actively participates in public service events, enhancing emergency communication readiness in the region.
