About Us:

Welcome to the Amateur Radio Club Herzogenaurach (OV B40)! While we may be a small community compared to the industrial giants like Adidas, PUMA, and Schaeffler, we represent Herzogenaurach in every corner of the world. Our passion for amateur radio connects us globally, and we invite you to explore the fascinating world of amateur radio with us.

Amateur radio is about much more than just big antennas and wire networks in our backyards. Whether it's traditional Morse code, amateur television, satellite communications, or digital modes that rival WhatsApp & Co., we're active in all aspects of this hobby. We also have our own version of the internet, "HamNet," where highly motivated radio amateurs design and manage the network structure in their free time.

Our Regular Meetings:

Every Thursday at 19:00: Join us on our OV frequency 145.4375 MHz (Simplex, NFM).
Exception: Our official OV evenings (first Thursday of each month).
For Remote Participants: If you're away or far from home, simply connect via DL0ROE-L on Echolink (Node Number: 439543) and join the conversation! Please allow brief pauses when passing the mic to ensure that remote stations have a chance to participate.
