Valley Forge Hamfest 2024

The Mid-Atlantic Amateur Radio Club (MARC) invites you to their annual Hamfest on August 11, 2024. This ARRL-sanctioned event will be held at the Kimberton Fire Company Fairgrounds in Phoenixville, PA. It’s a fantastic opportunity for amateur radio enthusiasts to connect, exchange equipment, and enjoy a day dedicated to ham radio.

• Sellers Setup: 7:00 AM
• Buyers Admission: 8:00 AM

Admission:

• General Admission: $10 (includes a door prize ticket)
• Children and Spouse of Licensed Hams: Free

Vendor Information:

• Outdoor Tailgate Space: $10 per car width (head-in parking, admission not included)
• Indoor Tables:
  • $10 each for 1 to 4 tables
  • $8 each for 5 or more tables
  • Reservations required for indoor tables via email at hamfest@marc-radio.org

Activities and Features:

• Door Prizes: Great prizes awarded throughout the event
• VE Testing: Available at 10:00 AM, arrive by 9:45 AM in the Pavilion. Register by contacting Brian Kelly at bjkelly45@gmail.com.
• QSL Card Checking: For DXCC including 160 meters, Worked All States, VUCC, and Worked All Continents, provided by Bill N3WD
• Food and Beverage Sales: Provided by authorized vendors only
• Talk-In Frequencies: 145.130- (Paoli, PA) and 147.060+ (Newtown Square, PA), both with PL 131.8
