The Sky Valley Amateur Radio Club (SVARC) is a vibrant group of amateur radio enthusiasts serving the Sky Valley area from Stevens Pass to Monroe, as well as other parts of Snohomish and King Counties. The club is dedicated to fostering community engagement, promoting emergency communication, and supporting amateur radio activities.

  • Community Support: The club actively assists local communities with emergency communications and promotes the hobby of amateur radio.
  • Weekly Net: Held every Tuesday at 7:30 PM local time on the 70cm repeater or 145.65 simplex (when linked). An informal 6m net follows the main net at approximately 7:45 PM.
  • Repeater Frequencies:
    • 70cm: 444.125 MHz, +5 offset, 103.5 Hz tone
    • 6m: 53.35 MHz, -1.7 offset, 100.0 Hz tone
    • 2m (linked to 70cm): 145.65 MHz simplex, 103.5 Hz tone (active as needed)
    • 1.25m: 224.180 MHz, -1.6 offset, 100.0 Hz tone
