The Sierra Blanca Amateur Radio Club, Inc. (SBARC) was founded in the late 1980s and incorporated as a non-profit organization in New Mexico in 1992. The club operates a VHF amateur radio repeater system that provides reliable voice communications across Lincoln County, NM, and supports emergency and disaster relief operations.
