Description
The Shelby Amateur Radio Club (SARC) has been serving the amateur radio community since 1957. Known for hosting one of the largest hamfests in the country, Shelby Hamfest, the club offers a wealth of resources for both new and seasoned amateur radio enthusiasts. The club provides regular testing and mentoring for new hams, and members actively participate in contests, DX activities, and emergency communications. The club has sponsored ARES since 2007 and encourages all interested members to join the vibrant community.
