Bruce (K5TEN) is set to activate St. George Island (NA‑085) under the callsign K4D from April 27 to May 4, 2025. Operating from grid EL79, his holiday‑style operation will cover bands from 40m down to 6m using CW and SSB modes. While St. George Island isn’t extremely rare, it remains a sought‑after QSO target for many Stateside, DX, and IOTA hunters—and don’t forget the St. George Island State Park for POTA chasers.
