Directions to Location:

From Ottawa or Highway 416, take Highway 417 West to Carp Road (exit #144). Then go North about 10.5 km to the Carp fairgrounds/Farmer's Market, and follow the signs into the W. Erskine Johnson Arena.

Admission: $6 (Children 12 and under are free)
Vendor Tables: $17 per 8-foot table (Does NOT include admission fee)

Description: The Ottawa (Carp) Hamfest is the region's largest fleamarket and hamfest. It attracts major Ham Radio retailers, dozens of private vendors, and includes major door-prize draws. The event also features:

Coffee and snack concession: Located in the lobby area.
Volunteer organizations and displays: Including RAC, ARES, QCWA, and more.
On-site Amateur Radio licence exams: Get your licence or upgrade during the hamfest. If upgrading, bring the 11-digit certificate number on your licence to speed processing.
Proximity to attractions: Located next to the famous Carp Farmers' Market and minutes from the Diefenbunker museum.

Vendor Information:

All vendor tables are 8 feet long, offering 33% more space than most hamfests.
Private Vendor Tables: $17 per table, does not include admission fee.
Commercial Vendor Tables: As negotiated.
Table Reservations: Please book early to reserve your preferred table location. Reservation details are available on the OARC website.
