Acknowledgments

This group of young and aspiring amateur radio operators in Malawi is part of a larger initiative to promote the hobby in the region. They have received support from various organizations and individuals, including the HacDC Amateur Radio Club in Washington, DC, which has played a key role in helping cover licensing fees and providing financial assistance for travel expenses.

The "Project Malawi" initiative is a testament to the power of community and the global amateur radio network, where experienced hams are helping nurture and support the next generation of operators in underserved regions like Malawi.

These operators are just the beginning of what promises to be a growing movement in Malawi. Their enthusiasm, supported by both local and international donors, will surely inspire many others to take up the hobby and further grow amateur radio in the country.
