Rikk WE9G has been incredibly active in 2024, with many ops across a variety of locations. Throughout the year, he has been working from a number of exciting places, including JW, KH8, V4, VY0, KL7, and VP2V. His next adventure will take him to French Guiana, where he will be operating under the call sign FY/WE9G from Matoury, during November 15-23, 2024.
This DXpedition will feature a SO2R (Single Operator 2 Radio) operation, where Rikk will be transmitting on the 6-80 Meter bands. Most of his activity will focus on digital modes, using SuperFox on the higher bands and MSHV FT8 on the lower bands. Expect a mix of CW, SSB, and FT4 throughout the operation as well.
