- Regular Meetings: The club meets on the 1st Saturday of each month at 8:45 AM (with social hour starting at 8:00 AM) at the Clubhouse located at 6609 Jefferson Ave., Las Cruces, NM. Meetings are also held virtually on Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.
- Labor Day Exception: In September, due to Labor Day, the club meets and conducts testing on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
