Established to serve North Bay and the surrounding region, NBARC offers a vibrant and welcoming community for ham radio operators of all experience levels.
Why Join NBARC?
- Connect with Fellow Hams: Attend their regular monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of every month (except July, August, and December) at the OPP RHQ Community Boardroom in North Bay. Meetings kick off at 7:30 PM ET, with doors opening around 7:15 PM for casual meet-and-greet.
- Coffee & Conversation: Enjoy casual chats with fellow ham enthusiasts every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM local time at the Northgate Square food court, in front of A&W.
- Develop Your Skills: NBARC offers courses on acquiring your Amateur Qualification, depending on member interest. This will unlock the full potential of ham communication. Contact the club for details on upcoming courses.

- Get Licensed: Paul Caccamo (VA3PC) and Guy Leblond (VE3PUP) are both accredited examiners who can help you on your path to becoming a licensed ham radio operator.
