  • QSL Bureau: HARC sponsors the Brit Fader Memorial QSL Bureau, facilitating QSL card (confirmation of contact) exchange for VE1/VE0 radio amateurs.
  • IRLP Reflector: HARC supports the Discovery Reflector (IRLP Reflector 9010).
