The Portland And Southwest RadioGroup Inc., proudly known by its callsign VK3SWV, was formed and incorporated on July 1st, 2020, with an initial membership of seven. The club is experiencing growth as more amateur radio enthusiasts discover its presence in the Portland and surrounding southwest region. Notably, the club extends a warm welcome to new members with any level of interest in radio, whether it be amateur, marine, or CB.

The club holds its regular meetings at 93 Garden Street, Portland, on the first Sunday of each month, commencing at 10:30 am.
